Job Description:
Pollinate and harvest corn
Planting, thinning, weeding
Plant tagging, seeding, cutting
Sorting, shelling, weighing, counting
Pest management
Prepare supplies
Clean-up
Organization or samples
Requirements:
Health monitoring or respirator medical clearance may be required
May need to use power tools, mower, weed whacker, blower, power washing, potting machine
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
Attention to detail
Must be able to lift 40 pounds and walk uneven field surfaces for 8 hours
Able to work around plants and plant pollen
Work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
Follow safety guidelines and procedures
Job Location: Waimea
Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour
WEEKLY PAY Health Insurance Paid Holidays
$200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked)
