Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform finish and trim carpentry to exact specifications
Measure, cut, and install crown molding, baseboards, cabinets, staircases, doors, and more
Work with premium materials and custom design details
Collaborate with project managers and carpenters to exceed client expectations
Troubleshoot and repair as needed while maintaining safety standards
Qualifications:
5+ years of finish carpentry experience (or relevant training/apprenticeship)
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
Ability to read blueprints and detailed plans
Strong attention to detail and precision
Must supply own tools
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
