Job Responsibilities:
Must have basic knowledge of condominium building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Maintains the cleanliness and safety of all common areas, including lobby, hallways, and amenities.
Maintain records of completed work, inspections, and necessary repairs.
Collaborate with Resident Manager to ensure timely project completion.
Identify issues and report any necessary repairs to the Resident Manager.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Resident Manager.
Subject to routine random drug test as determined by the Resident Manager and/or Board of Directors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be literate and able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
5 years previous experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in a high-rise residential condominium building.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Certified Pool Operator.
Familiar with landscape irrgation systems including maintenance and repairs.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours. Must also be able to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, & crawl. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic computer knowledge; proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
Experience in using BuildingLink a plus!
Willingness to learn.

Starting Salary 18.00 to 24.00 per hour
