Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Worker to join our team. This full-time position involves a variety of tasks to support daily farm operations, including planting, cultivating, harvesting crops, and maintaining farm equipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and passionate about agriculture.
Responsibilities
Plant, tend, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules.
Operate and maintain farm machinery and tools.
Perform general farm maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and repairing structures.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
Reliable transportation to and from the farm.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Previous farm or agricultural experience is a plus but not required.
Must be able to work full-time hours, including some weekends.
