Looking for a full time Landscape/Building Maintenance personnel for AOAO Tropicana Manor - Salt Lake Townhouse Complex.
Duties Include (but not limited to):
General building maintenance (repairs, ability to lift heavy objects, trash removal on property, cleaning hallways and common areas, and mopping floors)
Painting
Pressure washing
Detailed intake of cleaning supplies/inventory
Yard maintenance includes, mowing, cutting shrubs, and weeding and irrigation
Workable knowledge of lawn equipment
Requirements/Skills
Knowledge and experience in cleaning chemicals, supplies and work methods
Works and receives direction well, as both a team member and independently
Pay starts at $16.00 per hour, 8 hour shift
Full Medical/Sick Leave and Vacation after preliminary probation period.
Must speak fluid English
Experience preferred but will train the right person.
