Our company is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Floater with experience in the industry. Under the direct supervision of the Chief Building Engineer or Account Manager-Engineering, the Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Floater will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required. All work will be done in compliance with EPA, Hazmat and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
