Full Time landscape person needed to maintain the grounds for a condominium complex in Aiea.
Long term employee needed 40 hour position available. Looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals who can work by themselves and are capable of completing tasks quickly and effectively. Our long term employee just retired. we need to replace him.
Property needs regular service with the following:

Pool Grounds Maintenance Staff
Cut Crass, Trimmed bushes, Trim palm trees
The Pool Grounds Maintenance Staff reports to the General Manager. This is a full-time hourly, at-will position, requiring 40 hours per week (7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.).
Position Essential Tasks –
Vacuum Big Pool
Check Chemical Levels
Clean Jacuzzi
Wipe Down Pool Side Chairs
Sweep Area
Hose Down Area
Wipe Down Pool Handle Bars
Clean Shower Stall
Work to maintain and improve the common areas and facilities of development;
Power washing as directed;
Maintain Pool / Pavilion / Common Areas confidentiality as required;
Painting / Drywall repair as directed;
Pool and fitness center maintenance, sanitation and cleaning as directed;
Operate power mower, edger, weed eater, and other equipment
Other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements –
High school diploma or GED
Must furnish Hawaii state driver’s license or ID
Good oral and written English skills
Must furnish documents allowing to work in the United States
Must be able to obtain a favorable background check and pass a drug test
Must be a dependable self starter with a good attitude
