KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all aspects of the funeral service are conducted professionally and respectfully.
Coordinate with staff and vendors to guarantee a seamless and organized service.
Consult with families to discuss their wishes and provide guidance on service details.
Drive company vehicles professionally and safely for funeral services and other related needs.
Maintain company vehicles ensuring they are clean, fueled, and ready for use.
Monitor all aspects of the service, from start to finish, to ensure timelines are met and family needs are addressed.
Be present at the gravesite to support the family, clergy, and staff.
Maintain a compassionate, respectful demeanor when interacting with grieving families and guests.
Adhere to all industry regulations and company standards for funeral service operations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid State Driver’s License
