POSITION FILLED
This is a part time opportunity to work for a real estate rental company. You must have all general construction tools including paint tools. Some interaction with tenants required, so it is very important that this person is presentable, considerate, etc. Must be able to show up on time and work with very little oversight.
Approximately 20 hours a week, for at least a few months. This could possibly turn into an ongoing long term opportunity.
Must have reliable transportation.
Send resume with experience and references. Most of the work is carpentry and painting type work, but at times there will be roofing or a trench to be accessed - any and all handyman work associated with rental properties, other than electrical or serious plumbing.
This is a 1099 job and you will be responsible to pay your own taxes.
