We are a small locally owned and operated solar company, Ho’a Solar, based out of Kaneohe that services the island of O’ahu. We primarily install and service solar hot water, but also service PV, solar attic fans and solar pool heating.
We are looking for a general laborer to join our team to perform shop duties (ordering parts, picking up parts, scrap metal) and to learn solar hot water from the ground up on installations (soldering of copper, working on roofs/in the sun, able to carry panels).
We have part-time or full-time availability; flexible around school schedules.
Daily Rate $175 with no experience. 8am start until job completion (usually 1-3pm).
Full-Time benefits: 5 paid holidays, 11 days PTO after 1 year, Kaiser health insurance, HDS dental insurance, 401K retirement, 401K Roth with a 5% company match, and reimbursement/payment for work-related certifications.
Must have valid drivers license as you will be utilizing company vehicles.
