We're looking for a dependable and hard working individual to join our team as a groundskeeper/landscaper at an apartment complex in Mililani.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscaping: mowing, trimming, weeding, watering, planting and clean up
- Use of fertilizer, herbicides and insecticides
- Clean grounds and parking areas of litter/debris
- Clean/wipe down common area fixtures, fire extinguisher cabinets, railings
- Sweeping of stairwells and walkways
- Maintain sidewalks/walkways, stairwell and common areas by scheduled power washing
- Assist with trash removal and cleaning of common area trash cans
- Work with Resident Manager to prioritize needs
- Monitor and maintain tools, supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in landscaping preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perfor physical labor regularly
Schedule:
- Full Time 40 hours per week
- Occasional weekend or on-call support may be needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- hourly pay: starting at $14/hour based on experience
