Position: Guest Services / Field Operations Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Services / Field Operations Manager to oversee the guest experience along with managing our field operations. This role ensures seamless booking processes, exceptional customer experiences, and the pristine condition of our properties.

What You’ll Do:

Field Operations:

-Conduct thorough property inspections after properties have been cleaned.

-Report property issues to management, ensuring timely resolutions.

-Delegate maintenance tasks within the team and oversee project outcomes.

-Stock properties and ensure cleaning and maintenance standards are met for 5-star guest ratings.

-Build professional relationships with the team and third-party vendors.

-Complete billing for work performed.

Guest Services & Reservations:

-Coordinate with property managers and cleaners to keep properties ready for guest arrivals.

-Oversee check-ins and check-outs.

-Manage guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.

-Provide guests with detailed info about properties, amenities, and local attractions.

-Resolve guest complaints promptly, exceeding their expectations.

-Maintain accurate records of reservations

-Stay updated on local events to offer personalized recommendations.

What You Need:

-2+ years in guest services, reservations, or hospitality management, preferably in the vacation rental industry.

-Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.

-Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) and Google Workspace.

-Basic understanding of home maintenance

-Knowledge of Maui’s local area and attractions is a plus.

-Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

-A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
