If you love Marie Kondo and organizing is actually fun for you, we would love to meet you. We have several ongoing miscellaneous tasks that need to be tackled. We are very particular with whom we bring into our home and are looking for someone who can get the jobs done but most importantly has the right good energy.
The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, proactive, and can take direction with a “can do” attitude and consistently maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency.
Must be responsible, trustworthy, friendly, professional.
SKILLS:
Experience in cleaning private homes
Can show flexibility and go the extra mile when needed to get the job done
Able to respond to requests in a timely fashion and follow through until completed
Can graciously accept feedback and apply lessons learned
Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel, squat, crouch, bend and crawl
Ability to lift, push and pull required load (approximately 30 lbs)
TASKS As Needed:
Occasionally assist with baby
Organize personal items and closets as directed
Assist as needed with changing and making the bedding
Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition
Wash, dust, polish, vacuum, and sweep assigned areas
Clean sinks, tubs, showers and toilets according to prescribed sanitary standards
Sort, wash, fold and distribute laundry using machines as needed
Report any damage or concerns/issues immediately
Exterior cleaning, patio, balconies, etc.
Listen well, take notes and respond timely to requests
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent references required from both current and/or previous employers
Valid Driver’s License; confident and responsible driver
Must pass background check and drug test
Must be legally able to work in the United States
Working Days:
1 day per week as agreed upon. No weekends. No holidays. No evenings. 3-4 hours a week. Hours may occasionally increase as needed and we come to agreement.

Day to day tasks include vacuuming (moving and lifting sofa/area rugs), dusting, changing and laundering flat linens, polishing wood surfaces and furniture, cleaning fixtures and personal laundry as assigned, among other duties.
Candidates must have a pleasant personality, kind disposition and a can-do attitude.
Candidates must be able to lift 35 lbs.
Candidate must possess proficient English verbal, reading & writing skills.
Candidate must have own reliable transportation
Excellent references. Three (3) references required.
Legally able to work in the United States.
