Job title: Hotel Maintenance Technician / Houseman
Join our hospitality team and help keep our hotel running smoothly and looking its best! We are seeking a reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented individual to assist with general maintenance tasks and housekeeping support in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Location: Waikiki, Hawaii
Responsibilities Include:
-Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance throughout the property
-Respond to guest requests and maintenance calls in a timely manner
-Assist housekeeping with moving furniture, delivering linens, and removing trash
-Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas (lobby, hallways, exterior)
-Ensure tools and maintenance supplies are stocked and organized
-Follow all safety guidelines and hotel procedures
Requirements:
-Prior maintenance or facility experience preferred (hotel/hospitality experience a plus)
-Basic knowledge of general basic repairs (plumbing, painting, electrical, etc.)
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and move throughout shifts
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
-Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
