Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential homes and vacation rentals, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common living spaces.
- Change, launder, and properly present bed linens and towels as required.
- Restock essential supplies and ensure homes are guest-ready.
- Conduct thorough inspections to maintain our quality standards and report any maintenance concerns.
- Adhere to Luxe Cleaning Company’s protocols to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior professional cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and reaching.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
