Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our residents. Convenient for anyone living on the Windward side.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Periodically shampoo hallway carpets on all floors.
- Notify management when cleaning products are needed to conduct cleaning duties.
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
- Light landscaping may be needed to assist landscaping committee, consisting of residents.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals a must
Skills:
- Housekeeping management experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of floor care techniques
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods
- Experience in hotel or commercial cleaning a plus
- Ability to sanitize various surfaces effectively
- Proficiency in both residential and commercial cleaning practices
- Understanding of custodial duties
