THE COLLECTION | Seeking Full Time Housekeeping/Custodial Staff
The Collection is a luxury condominium located in Kakaako. We envision a community that offers an inspiring lifestyle, quality of life, and one of the most desirable places to live and work in Kaka’ako.
Work Hours: 3PM-11PM. TUES-WED OFF
Job Qualifications Include (but not limited to):
Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury residential setting. We are willing to train you.
Able to communicate, comprehend, read, and write English.
Good Customer Service Skills
Strong Team Attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the condominium.
Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, and amenities to uphold the luxurious atmosphere.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in maintaining pristine conditions for residents and guests.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any specific cleaning requirements or issues.
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, disinfecting, emptying trash, carpet care landscaping and supporting the efforts of other departments.
Equipment Used (but not limited to):
Brooms, mops, vacuums, wet vacs, carpet extractors, orbiters, carpet blowers, pressure washers, step ladders etc.
Compensation and Benefits:
Up to $17.00 / hour – commensurate with experience.
