Hawaiian Style Activities is seeking a pool area attendant to ensure the pool deck area at Hilton Kaanapali Beach Club Resort is maintained in an orderly manner throughout the day and assist with resort beach equipment. Support sales agents.
Current shift preference is 2 days per week from 7:30a-4:30p or 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch).
Compensation is $20 per hour plus commission (2% of net sales)
401k plan available. Other benefits available as follows: Paid Health benefits for persons working at least 20 hours per week (3 days), paid vacation/time off for persons working at least 24 hours (3 days) per week after one year.)
Typical duties may include organizing pool deck chairs/furniture, collecting and handing out beach towels, enforcing pool deck area rules, and sanitizing pool desk area chairs/furniture and areas. Attendant will assist KBC beach rental agents with towel supplies, moving beach rental cabanas, maintaining gear, etc. May provide other support to sales staff. Other duties as assigned.

Able and willing to ask guests to follow specific rules in a professional and pleasant manner
Must regularly and reliably report to work on time
Requires good physical condition and sustained endurance for long periods of standing
Must be able to work up to 11 hours shifts and lift up to 30 pounds
Able to work in hot and humid conditions in the sun
Project a professional company image and attitude
Fluency in English (speak, read, write)
Obtain CPR Card after hire
