We have a full-time Janitorial Floater position for the island of Oahu. This role requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous Janitorial/Custodian experience helpful and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor and should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 30lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to routinely bend, squat and stretch throughout their shifts. All positions offer benefits including vacation, holidays, 401k.
Duties:
- clean common areas (sweep, dust, mop, vacuum and scrub/wipe down areas)
- use a ladder to climb up on higher surfaces
- use of a power wash machine
- use of a blower motor machine
- use of a buffer wash machine
- must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
Schedule:
must have open availability (7 days a week)
Compensation:
$18/per hour
