We have a full-time maintenance supervisor opening. This position will be supervising cleaning and performing maintenance for a retail shopping center in Waikoloa.
Requirements:
- Experience with light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
- Create reports, send emails and communicate with customers/property managers.
- Schedule workers, organize coverage as needed.
- Collect, approve and submit timecards weekly to payroll department.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Hands-on attitude towards the work involved.
Schedule:
- Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri,
- 40 hours a week (coverage as needed).
Pay:
- $25.50/hr. Benefits including vacation, holidays, 401k.
We have a part-time custodial supervisor opening in Waikoloa at a retail shopping center. Prior cleaning experience is required and supervisory experience is preferred. Supervisors are expected to lead the team and provide support and discipline as needed. Must also collect and submit accurate timecards weekly to the payroll department.
