The Shores' Janitor will be responsible for general cleaning of the common areas and various amenities of the property, including but not limited to: Pool deck areas, BBQ areas, Walkways and Railings, Mailboxes, Elevators, Koi Ponds, etc. Rubbish removal from common areas and carports. This position also provides assistance when needed to other team members.
Applicants should be available two days per week, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Weekend coverage and holiday coverage in rotation is required.
The ideal applicant demonstrates the ability to work independently and be accountable for high standards without constant supervision, in addition to a friendly and respectful demeanor with owners and fellow team members.
