Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The working hours will be between 40-50 hours a week, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various construction operations, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the applicant to be able to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test.
Laborer Duties
Excavation
Assist setting ups safety exclusion zones.
Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, moving products and materials throughout the job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on the job site.
Collaborate with team members to support overall job site installation operations.
Laborer Preferred
One-year previous experience in construction.
An understanding of job site safety and OSHA.
Laborer Required
Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
