The minimum qualifications for applicant should be:
- Self-motivated & hard working.
- Punctual, and prepared for work, every day.
- Have dependable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction site procedures and safety.
- Have your own basic tools including: tool belt, hammer, hard hat, utility knife, tape-measure, cordless impact.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Good communication skills.
Some of the duties may include:
-Carpenters assistant.
- Heavy lifting.
-Construction clean-up.
- Unloading and staging materials.
- Digging.
- Compacting
- Demolition
