Long-Term Grounds / Maint (Kailua)
compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour full-time
Kailua condominium seeking experienced Maintenance/Grounds worker. Full-time position with workdays Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. with competitive wages and benefits.
Basic daily duties may include:
Clear leaves and debris from lawns, landscape, walks, drives, parking, and other areas,
Edge and mow lawn areas, trimming of hedges
Pruning of palms and various plants,
Insect spraying with herbicide/fungicide chemicals. Proper fertilizer to lawn and plants.
Repairing broken sprinklers and valves, installing new lines.
Light maintenance, minor carpentry/painting/sanding/caulking
Other outdoor duties as assigned
Individuals with appropriate experience and references and who are self-motivated, dependable, take pride in their work, know how to take initiative with problem solving skills, are productive with a willingness to continuously improve and have a positive team spirit and safe work practices are encouraged to apply.
