Key Success Skills, and Requirements:
Hold and maintain valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
Able to drive truck + trailer
Experience operating landscaping equipment such as weed whackers, hedge trimmers, push and riding mowers etc.
Excellent knowledge of specific landscaping materials, methods, tools and equipment and techniques required to complete required tasks in a safe and responsible manner
Technically skilled in landscape construction and knowledge of irrigation systems
Desire to interact with clients and team in professional, patient and courteous manner
Perform work quickly and efficiently, demanding excellence in quality
Licensed, Wailua-based company servicing the entire island of Kauai! Candidates looking to apply must be dependable, flexible and energetic. Individuals must have a solid work ethic and great teamwork skills with previous knowledge and/or previous experience in landscaping/landscape maintenance. Fast paced work environment, looking for applicants who know how to multitask and prioritize duties.
