We are a locally licensed Landscape Contractor. We work mostly in town. We have both residential and commercial accounts. We provide landscape maintenance, installation and design services.
Your duties will include a variety of landscape maintenance and install functions. Such as mowing, trimming, irrigation, edging, pruning, bed care, lighting and landscape install. You will also be expected to manage a crew of 1-2 people. You must maintain a high level of customer service while at job sites. In addition you will be expected to have:
-Proven ability to oversee a team, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality work.
-Complete a daily report of completed service to supervisor at the end of each workday.
-Skilled in time management to maintain schedules.
-Ability to train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
-Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement effective solutions.
-Strong decision-making skills to adapt to changing project needs.
Benefits:

Requirements:
-Must have minimum of 5 years landscaping experience
-Irrigation install/repair experience is preferred
-Employee management experience
-You must be at least 18 years old, reliable, and have the ability to work safely.
-Must have experience with weed eaters, string trimmers and edger's
-Must be able to work in and around various landscaping settings including direct contact with various plants and landscaping materials and exposure to various dust, noise, and weather conditions.
-Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly.
