OVERVIEW
Performing residential yard maintenance activities on the north shore. Experience with gardening hand and power tools is preferable but not necessary. The ideal candidate is someone who lives on the north shore, and is willing to work rain or shine, epic swell or flat. A background in botany/horticulture, or simply a love of plants, would be a definite plus. The accounts are from Waimea to Dillingham.
JOB DECRIPTION/DUTIES
Raking/blowing, collecting rubbish, hand-weeding, pruning, mowing, trimming, planting, etc.
STARTING PAY
$18/hr to start. After one month, $20/hr per your performance. Regular increases to follow.
PAY DATES
The fifth and twentieth of each month, by direct deposit.
STARTING HOURS
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 8am to 2pm. Like pay increases, days/hours will increase per your performance.
DAILY REQIREMENTS
Every Day You Will Need:
To be on time
A cell phone
A vehicle (not used for work duties)
To wear a shirt (provided), pants or shorts, shoes, safety glasses (provided) or shades, hearing protection (provided), and gloves (provided)
Food and water
To be courteous to the clients and their property
To follow directions
To treat the tools and equipment with care
HIRING REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for work, you need to have the following:
A valid Hawaii driver’s license with a clean driving record, and those documents that establish both identity and authorization to work in the U.S. – (passport or driver’s license)
No criminal record.
A cell phone.
A vehicle to get to the job sites.
Work history, unless this is your first job
