Maalaea Condo Association seeking a friendly full-time maintenance person with a can-do attitude and willingness to be a team player. Maintaining the common element. Landscaping experience, irrigation knowledge preferred. Other duties include cleaning the office, elevators, elevator entries, stairwells, walkways, parking lot and barbeque area. Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and pool cleaning/testing, pressure washing, touch up painting and other maintenance tasks as needed.
