Maintenance Lead/Supervisor
Immediate opening for a large townhouse complex in Kaneohe seeking full-time maintenance lead/supervisor. Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with homeowners, residents, contractors, other employees, etc. This townhouse complex is a wooden structure requiring wood repairs to the building and fences. Carpentry experience is required, some plumbing, pool maintenance and electrical knowledge preferred but not required. Able to lift up to 75 lbs. Supervisory experience highly desired. Valid driverâs license and a driverâs abstract required. Salary commensurates with experience. Drug test and background check required.
