Maintenance Tech (West Maui and South Maui)
Job title: Maintenance Tech/ Inspections for long standing Maui Company
Maui Island Properties is looking for a maintenance technician for West Maui and South Maui rentals. A get it done, go-to handy person to help our staff with inspections, troubleshoot basic to intermediate issues at our properties, repair and maintain condominiums to keep them functioning at ‘highest and best’ use , as well as conduct general home improvement tasks.
Task Examples
Perform maintenance to our properties, repairing and replacing broken or worn items.
Troubleshoot and repair, garbage disposals, shower heads, sink hoses, changing gaskets, toilet seat lids, wax rings, levers, flaps, paint, appliances, etc.
-Maintain organization and upkeep of supplies in storage such as tools, extra furniture and lamps, fans and housekeeping supplies
What You'll Bring Requirements
Prior experience conducting home maintenance with basic to intermediate skills
Fantastic troubleshooter and problem solver
Incredibly hardworking and willing to do what it takes for us to reach our goals
Loves handy work and owns some of their own tools already
Great communication skills and ability to think on your feet
Must be permanent full time Maui resident. Positive work environment.
