Responsible for performing general upkeep and repairs on apartment complex
Job Duties Include:
Patch and Paint Walls and Doors
Replace Keys and Weather Stripping
Repair/Replace Floor Tile and Carpet
Replace Light Bulbs
Test/Replace Smoke Alarms
Perform Annual Inspections of Apartments
Maintain Tools and Equipment in Safe Working Order
Qualifications:
2+ Years of Related Experience
Basic Knowledge/Skills in Plumbing, Electrical and General Maintenance
Reliable Transportation
Location: LIHUE or KOLOA (Multiple positions available!)
Schedule: Mon-Fri
Starting Pay: $18 - $25 per hour (Depending On Experience)
