WRA yardman/gardener workers perform the following duties as directed by the Recreation Site Manager:
General description of duties:
1. Maintain grounds and landscaping within the Association facilities. Mow and trim grass areas. Trim ground cover. Trim all hedges and trees. Trim all the palm trees with the exception of the coconut trees. If coconut need trimming report it to the Site Manager.
2. Clean and resupply restrooms and empty trash containers every day at the 3 facilities.
3. Clean kitchen, appliances and barbeques and removed trash as needed after use of facilities by residents.
4. Paint and perform minor repairs on Association buildings and the signs.
5. Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry and furniture maintenance.
6. Help with the daily maintenance to clean the pool and spas.
7. Power wash Lodge, Swim Club and Tennis Club walkway. Make minor repairs to decks and walkways.
8. Must be able to pick up supplies and materials from local stores and suppliers. Must be able to take materials to City re-cycling and disposal sites.
9. Must be able to lift materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
10. Must have a driver license and a car.
