We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance/Landscape Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in landscaping and maintenance, with the ability to effectively use both hand and power tools.
Responsibilities:
Perform tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and removal as necessary.
Dig and prepare areas for planting or installation of landscape features.
Maintain lawns through mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and watering.
Maintain patios, walkways, and sidewalks.
Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Utilize power tools for various maintenance tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscape and maintenance is required.
Ability to operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
