Kamaole Beach Club Maintenance team needs a candidate to join our team.
We are looking for a full-time Maintenance position. Candidates must have some Maintenance experience (light plumbing, electrical and painting experience.) We offer full Medical, vision , drug and dental with no employee contribution, Holiday Pay, Sick leave, two weeks paid vacation per year after one year employment.
Key Responsibilities.
Perform preventative maintenance in all timeshare units, inspection and repairs.
Must have a can do attitude with all work assigned.
Customer service skills to interact with guests and owners as well as co-workers and vendors.
Able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 30lbs and up to 50lbs
DAILY property clean up, BBQ, pool area, pool bathrooms are cleaned and maintained daily.
