We are searching for individuals that have a positive mental attitude, work well with others and have a desire to work and make money. We specialize in detail-oriented landscape maintenance for clients that love their gardens.
Job description & requirements –
- Operating small machines; weed eater, leaf blower, push mower.
- Ability to work 6-8 hours a day on your feet in the sun.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs .
- Your own vehicle and driver’s license.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients & co-workers. Must be a team player.

All potential hires begin on a 1099 and can move into an employee position from there. Starting pay based on experience – $18-25/HR. If you have no landscaping experience, please expect to start at $18 an hour and grow from there. Attitude is more important than previous experience – individuals that show up looking to learn every day will be paid higher in the long term.
