We are looking for a qualified and motivated individual to work part time on our organic farm.
We farm in a regenerative manner, using no till practices and organic principles to grow healthy nutrient dense produce.
The job will entail all aspects of small scale farming from bed preparation, seeding, transplanting, cultivation, harvesting, wash & pack, nursery propagation etc. This is not a hand weeding job. Its an intelligent approach to small scale vegetable production. You will need to be willing and able to work in the rain or intense heat at times. Worker must have reliable transportation to and from Moloa'a and the ability to make it work early in the morning reliably and consistently.
This could be a really great learning opportunity for someone that is highly interested in small scale market gardening and how it is done profitably in Hawaii.

Pay starts at $20 per hour for training and after a trial period and consistent work it will get bumped up from there.
