Join our growing team for our local cleaning company! We specialize in residential, commercial and short-term rental cleaning which includes, one-time cleanings, move-in, move-out cleanings, after hours office cleaning and more. We're looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to provide top-notch cleaning services in East Hawaii. Tasks include general and deep cleaning, laundry, trash management, and more. Variable part-time hours. Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel to various job sites. Experience preferred but not required. Include your availability when applying.
Responsibilities:
General Cleaning: Vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors; dusting furniture and fixtures.
Deep Cleaning: Sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas; scrubbing tiles and grout.
Laundry Services: Washing, drying, and folding linens; restocking linen closets.
Trash Management: Emptying trash bins and taking trash to the dump.
Specialized Cleaning: Window washing, carpet cleaning, and upholstery cleaning as needed.
Inventory Management: Keeping track of cleaning supplies and notifying management for restocks.
Quality Control: Taking pictures of cleaned areas for record-keeping.
Additional tasks: As required for residential, commercial, and short-term rental properties.
Qualifications:
Status: Must be eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
Experience: Cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory.
Availability: Must be willing to travel to various job sites in East Hawaii.
Hours:
Part-time position with variable hours.
