Part-Time Handyman Needed for Kauai Vacation Rentals
We’re seeking a reliable, skilled Handyman to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis to service vacation rental properties on the beautiful island of Kauai. If you’re a jack-of-all-trades with experience in general repairs, we’d love to hear from you!
We are located primarily in Princeville, so North Shore based is preferred for emergencies. We also manage units in Kapaa and Poipu, which would be on list. Princeville is primary location.
Responsibilities Include:
Unclogging drains and general plumbing fixes
Screen repairs and window washing
Washer/dryer maintenance or removal
Power washing patios, sidewalks, and other surfaces
Fixing leaks and minor repairs
Painting and touch-ups
General upkeep and miscellaneous handyman tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance or handyman services
- Must be located on Kauai and available for on-call work
- Reliable transportation and own tools preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Friendly with guests
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience. $40 - $50 / Hr.
