Hiring a Part-Time Parking Lot Attendant & Maintenance to help maintain a commercial property in Waipahu on weekends.
Schedule:
Saturdays and Sundays 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (6 hours per day, 12 hours per week)
Pay:
$17 per hour
No benefits
Job Duties:
Assisting customers with the parking lot ticketing system (training provided)
General cleaning and upkeep of the property
Sweeping and maintaining the parking lot and walkways
Cleaning and restocking restrooms
Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
Light building maintenance tasks
Reporting any maintenance or security issues to management
Requirements:
Must be dependable and show up on time
Must have reliable transportation
Able to work independently and follow directions
Previous maintenance, janitorial, or parking attendant experience is a plus, but not required
Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 25 lbs
