Parts Organizer / Shop Helper
Location: Kauai (on-site at our shop)
Pay: $18/hour starting
Schedule: Flexible hours, part-time or full-time
About the Job
We’re looking for someone super organized to help get our shop in shape. The job is mostly about going through all the shelves, bins, and boxes, writing down what’s there, and entering everything into a Google Sheet. You’ll also tidy and label things as you go so the place stays clean and easy to find stuff later.
You don’t need to know anything about parts — we’ll show you what’s what. You do need to be good with Google Sheets, know how to look things up online, and have a sharp eye for details.
What You’ll Be Doing
Go through parts, tools, and supplies on shelves
Record everything into Google Sheets (we’ll set up a template)
Look up items online if you’re not sure what they are
Label shelves and containers
Keep the shop organized and clean
Work at your own pace, just stay consistent and thorough
What We’re Looking For
Very organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Google Sheets and doing quick Google searches
Reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy
Able to lift boxes and move stuff around
No experience needed — just a great attitude and work ethic
