Blue Water Pool & Spa is hiring for two positions: Pool Service Technician, and Pool Service & Repair Technician. Our ideal candidates are great at troubleshooting, are customer-focused, and they’re ready to take their careers to a whole new level.
These positions are perfect for those who work well independently and enjoy traveling to different locations every day. There’s a great deal of autonomy in these roles, and you won’t feel like you’re being micromanaged.

What You’ll Do
Service pools and spas weekly.
Test and adjust water chemistry.
Brush tile, net, brush, and vacuum pools/spas.
Make sure all equipment is properly working.
Empty skimmer, pot baskets, and leaf mufflers.
Keep equipment area clean.
Use an app to report service calls.
Check for necessary repairs and notify the office.
Maintain your company vehicle by stocking it with chemicals and keeping it clean.
Provide friendly customer service.
What We’re Looking For
Pool Service Tech:
Experience and a CPO are a plus, but we will train the right person without experience.
Don’t worry if your experience doesn’t line up perfectly - Pool Techs come from all kinds of backgrounds and experience levels. We’ll start you out on a part-time basis while we train you thoroughly to make sure you’re confident in your role.
Pool Service & Repair Tech:
Anyone applying to this position will need to have experience with pool repairs.
You’re a good fit if you:
● Have a valid Hawaii driver's license with a clean driving record
● Live within 20 miles of our office
● Are in good health, able to lift 50 pounds, walk on uneven terrain while carrying equipment, and able to do repetitive kneeling & squatting
● Have a clean and neat appearance
● Are dependable and have good time management skills
● Are able to work alone and stay efficient
● Have the integrity to do a good job and represent the company well
● Have the ability to do pool repairs, if applying for the Pool Repair position
● Are looking for long-term employment
● Are mechanically inclined
● Can learn new concepts quickly
● Are an expert at troubleshooting
