We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Harvester to join our team! This role involves harvesting crops efficiently and safely while maintaining high quality standards. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Harvest crops according to schedule and specifications
Operate and maintain harvesting tools and equipment (training provided if needed)
Ensure harvested goods meet quality standards
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Follow safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs]=
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Prior experience in harvesting or farm work is a plus, but not required
Must be available to work 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage: $18.00 per hour
