Paradise Cove Luau is currently hiring experienced Repair & Maintenance workers in our Day Operations Department.
Primary responsibility will be to repair and maintain mechanical, structural and electrical areas around property and also plan out projects.
Essential Duties/Functions:
Knowledge to safely operate all power equipment and hand tools for various jobs around property.
Experience and familiar to perform necessary repairs to buildings that include carpentry, cabinetry and fabrication.
Able to fabricate or repair existing equipment around property
Able to read prints or plans to interpret or recommend fixes or repairs.
Has knowledge of vehicle maintenance and electrical maintenance on carts.
Has knowledge and experience in erecting and breaking down of tent structures, canopies, etc.
Has knowledge and experience in irrigation repairs, plumbing repairs and modification.
Immediately reports any and all unsafe acts, injuries and any safety concerns noted.
Completes job assignments at designated areas assigned by Department Manager.
Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather. Must flexible to work different days including weekends and holidays.
Work hours are primarily from 8:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m.
