Palehua Nani Townhouse Condominiums 105 units. Requires strong managerial & people skills with knowledge of facilities & skilled in maintenance
(including painting, siding repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry), rule enforcement, landscaping, tree
trimming, sprinkler repair and basic computer skills. Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 p.m. schedule. Must
wear proper work attire.
$41,600 Annual salary plus benefits including a 2BR/1 Bath/1 Parking unit on site ($200 electricity
stipend/month as electricity to be paid by resident manager); 10 paid holidays; 1 week PTO after 1 year
and 2 weeks after 2 years.
