Position Overview: We are seeking an independent, professional, and dependable cleaner to join our team. While no prior experience is necessary, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is eager to learn, and can consistently represent our company with excellence. Paid training will be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Perform residential cleanings and move-in/move-out services
Follow detailed cleaning checklists and meet company quality standards
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in client homes
Manage time effectively and work efficiently independently or in a small team
Requirements:
Must be highly reliable and able to work independently
Must have solid availability and be punctual
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Willingness to learn and take direction during training period
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must have reliable transportation
Schedule & Compensation:
Start as Part-Time with potential to transition to Full-Time based on performance and fit
Paid training provided
