We are currently seeking experienced and skilled individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, along with proven leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise roofing crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project manager to plan and execute roofing projects according to specifications and timelines.
- Follow safety protocols, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience for Foreman.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide team.
- Strong knowledge of roofing material, techniques, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license
