Residential Maintenance Assistant (WINDWARD AREA)
Homeowners’ association seeking to fill a vacancy for full time maintenance laborer position.
Hourly pay includes medical, dental, vacation with paid holidays etc.
Individual must be able to take direction, be a positive team player, work well with different personalities, communicate clearly, ability to lift heavy objects with great work attendance. A valid State of Hawaii driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug test.
The employee would be under the direction of the resident manager. Duties will include a variety of tasks in the buildings and on property grounds. This includes moving trash receptables for pick-ups, breaking down cardboard boxes, recreation center maintenance which includes a pool. Hauling trash to the dump or errands to the store may be required.
