Residential Private Estate Housekeeper
Location: North Shore, Kauai, Hawaii
Full time $25-$30/hour
Monday - Friday
On property accommodations for single occupancy
General Cleaning and Maintenance
Whole-home cleaning, laundry, ironing, bed-making, organizing
Kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, appliance wipe-downs
Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness
Keep common areas clean and maintained
Clean and stock restrooms
Collect and remove trash and debris
Clean upholstered furniture
Perform detailed deep cleans when required
Windows and sliding glass doors
Laundry and Linen Management
Change bed linens and towels as needed
Laundry management, including machine/hand washing, drying, ironing, folding and sorting linen
Miscellaneous Tasks may be assigned
Unpacking suitcases
Cleaning surfboard bags
Stain removal
Cleaning a non-household item
Wiping down gym equipment
Housekeeper Requirements:
Ability to manage your time efficiently
Work well unsupervised.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
High school diploma.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively
Hard worker
Able to work around an occupied household
Drivers License
Arrive on time
