We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and reliable individual with excellent customer service skills to become a full-time Restoration Apprentice at HBM Restoration. This role involves assisting in the repair of both residential and commercial properties. Applicants should possess the following qualifications: A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, basic knowledge of hand tools, strong willingness to learn, applicants must be capable of: Standing, walking, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and bending for extended periods, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying between 50 to 70 pounds, including navigating several flights of stairs.

-Learn new skills/On the job training towards Restoration Technician position:
Fundamentals of mitigation, understanding balance drying system, cycle metric, antimicrobial and demolition training.
-Apply safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
-Ability to work in warm/hot conditions, utilize stairs when elevator access is not available, and navigate up and down a ladder.
-Document maintenance activities and report on progress.
Skills/Qualifications:
-High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
-Must have a valid driver license and a reliable vehicle
-Pass background check for insurance purposes.
-Attention to detail
-Must have good public relations and communication skills.
-Ability to read, write, email, respond to phone calls/text messages communication.
-Customer service oriented
-Applicants must perform basic manual labor, clean common areas, frequently lift, press, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. (up to 75 lbs.), be able to reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, walk, walk up and down stairways (when elevators are not available), climb up and down ladders, and stand throughout their shift.

-Keep accurate records of time cards, checkout forms, vehicle records and any job paperwork.

Schedule: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri, 7:30am – 4pm primarily
Availability to work 24/7: on-call, weekend work, and assist emergency calls/projects as needed.
On call: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri, 4:00pm – 10pm and weekends Saturday, 9am – 6pm
Compensation range: $17.00 to $19.00/per hour
