Looking for a reliable and skilled handyman in Honolulu to assist with various residential and apartment maintenance tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced: Proven experience in a variety of trades, including:
Electrical: Minor electrical repairs and installations (light fixtures, switches, outlets)
Carpentry: Basic carpentry skills (wood repairs, minor construction)
Painting: Interior and exterior painting
Plumbing: Minor plumbing repairs (leaky faucets, toilet issues)
Landscaping: Basic landscaping tasks (trimming, weeding, small projects)
Reliable & Trustworthy: Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
Excellent Communication: Able to clearly communicate with residential managers and understand project requirements.
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation: Required.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of residential maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
Diagnose and troubleshoot minor issues.
